These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gluu, including our website, questionnaires, personalised relationship insights, reports, emails and related services.
By using Gluu, purchasing a report, or submitting a questionnaire, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use Gluu.
About Gluu
Gluu is an independent product created and operated by Nihit Bhardwaj.
Gluu helps people better understand their relationships through thoughtful questionnaires and personalised written insights.
Our goal is to encourage reflection—not to tell you what your relationship should look like.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gluu.
By using Gluu, you confirm that:
you are at least 18 years old;
the information you provide is truthful to the best of your knowledge;
you are legally allowed to purchase digital products in your country; and
you are using Gluu for lawful purposes.
How Gluu Works
Depending on the experience you choose, Gluu may provide:
a relationship questionnaire;
a free personalised relationship insight;
a paid personalised relationship report;
conversation prompts;
practical reflection exercises;
personalised observations based on your responses.
Each report is generated specifically for the person completing the questionnaire.
Your report is unique to your responses and should not be compared directly with sample reports shown on our website.
Solo Perspective
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Gluu reports are based only on the responses provided by the person completing the questionnaire.
This means:
your report reflects your perspective;
it is not an objective assessment of your partner;
it should not be treated as proof of another person's intentions, thoughts or behaviour.
Any references to how your partner may be experiencing the relationship are thoughtful interpretations—not factual conclusions.
A Personal Reflection, Not Professional Advice
Gluu is designed to encourage thoughtful reflection.
It is not:
therapy;
couples counselling;
psychological assessment;
psychiatric advice;
legal advice;
medical advice;
crisis intervention.
Nothing in a Gluu report should be treated as a diagnosis or professional recommendation.
Major life decisions—including separation, marriage, divorce, legal action or medical treatment—should never rely solely on a Gluu report.
If you need professional support, we encourage you to seek guidance from a qualified professional.
Emergencies
Gluu is not designed for emergency situations.
Please do not rely on Gluu if you are experiencing:
abuse;
domestic violence;
threats to your safety;
self-harm;
suicidal thoughts;
immediate mental health crises;
any situation requiring urgent professional support.
Contact your local emergency services or an appropriate support organisation instead.
AI-Assisted Reports
Your report is created using a combination of:
your questionnaire responses;
AI-assisted analysis;
Gluu's proprietary report structure;
manual review where appropriate.
Artificial intelligence is a powerful tool, but it is not perfect.
Some observations may resonate deeply.
Others may not.
We encourage you to approach your report with curiosity rather than certainty.
Your Responsibilities
When using Gluu, you agree to:
provide honest responses;
avoid intentionally misleading information;
avoid submitting illegal content;
avoid uploading malicious software;
avoid sharing confidential information that is not necessary for your report.
Please do not include:
passwords;
banking information;
government identification numbers;
confidential medical records;
confidential legal documents.
Information About Other People
You may naturally mention your partner while answering questions.
Please avoid sharing unnecessary personal information about another person.
Do not use Gluu to:
harass;
threaten;
monitor;
manipulate;
impersonate;
publicly shame another person.
Gluu is designed to support understanding—not surveillance or conflict.
Payments
Paid reports are securely processed through Dodo Payments.
Gluu does not store your complete payment information.
Prices displayed on our website may change over time.
Any price changes apply only to future purchases.
Delivery
Once payment has been successfully completed and your questionnaire has been submitted, we aim to deliver your personalised report within 24 hours.
Delivery times are estimates.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to:
incomplete questionnaire responses;
payment verification;
technical issues;
unusually high demand.

Refund Policy
Because every Gluu report is created specifically for you, our refund policy is slightly different from standard digital products.
You may request a cancellation before submitting your questionnaire.
Once your questionnaire has been submitted and work has begun on your personalised report, refunds are generally not available.
If you experience a genuine issue—such as receiving the wrong report, a corrupted file, or no delivery at all—please contact us.
We'll always do our best to resolve the problem fairly.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All Gluu content—including:
report structure;
visual design;
branding;
questionnaires;
written copy;
templates;
illustrations;
logos;
website content;
belongs to Gluu unless otherwise stated.
Your personal responses remain yours.
You may keep, download and privately share your completed report.
You may not reproduce, resell or commercially distribute Gluu's reports, templates or website content without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use Gluu for unlawful purposes;
interfere with the operation of the website;
attempt to gain unauthorised access;
scrape or copy substantial parts of the service;
impersonate another person;
submit fraudulent payments;
misuse the service in a way that harms others.
We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service where necessary to protect Gluu, our users or our systems.
Privacy
Your use of Gluu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.
Third-Party Services
Gluu relies on trusted third-party providers, including services for:

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gluu is provided on an "as available" basis.
We make no guarantee that:

your relationship will improve;
your partner will agree with the report.
Relationships are complex and influenced by many factors beyond Gluu's control.
Except where prohibited by law, Gluu's total liability arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to Gluu
As Gluu evolves, we may:
improve questionnaires;
introduce new report sections;
update pricing;
add new features;
improve our technology.
These changes are part of building a better product and may occur without prior notice.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
